The nurse practitioner for Dr. Wazen, Julie Daugherty, is a real asset to your practice. Dr. Wazen is an excellent Doctor with very comforting patient skills.
I always come in for testing feeling high anxiety, but I quickly find that everybody in the building truly cares and I quickly calm down and make light of a stressful situation. Thank you for your never ending care and compassion!

My dream as a young woman is to succeed finishing my graduate studies in biomedical engineering. I had to stop a year ago because of my poor health. Now that I am going to re-start in Jan. 2010, SI has given me the hope that I will be able to make it. I have been assured that this Institute will take care of my ear problems to the best of their abilities. I wouldn't mind deiving 4 hours to come here, every time that it is necessary. I have received the best compassionate treatment that I ever expected. Thank you to all. You all are what a patient needs!

"Today, my mother's hearing problems are a thing of the past thanks to your suggestion to purchase from your hearing center and to the superb and kind attention of Mr. Ortega. The fact that he speaks spanish, made it so much confortable for my mother to take the hearing test and relate all her hearing problems to him. She is even concentrating better in the english sound when she watches tv and reads the subtitles in english, which will make her improve the language.
